BIG NEWS!

Bryson took his first steps today!! Can you believe it?? He was so excited and unsteady it was just 3, but 3 is 3 right! he had done it earlier at daycare before i got there, i was just stopping in to give him some medicine. I was so happy and shocked, but also a part of me wanted to tear up a bit, what happened to my baby!?? This weekend he's gonna play with his cuz cole and I'm sure they'll be doing all sorts of funny and interesting things, we'll see if Bryson perfects his walking over the weekend!

It's been awhile

It's been awhile since I've been able to post, its hard to find the time! Bryson will be 9mths tomorrow, he's getting so big! He is just a little wild child, we bought him a new push toy and he loves it, it's hilarious to watch him fling it around like it weighs nothing, he'll get going and ram walls and just flip it around and keep going.. he's into everything, loves the drawers and pots and pans I let him play in the low cabinets while I try to clean the kitchen or fix dinner. Many times I end up with someone hooked on my leg whining for me or biting on my legs.. he is getting 2 teeth, that makes 6 now, and apparently it feels good to bite cause he is constantly biting me, and HARD, it leaves teeth imprints for some time, we gotta put a stop to it. That and the hair pulling, thank goodness I have so much hair..lol

Bryson's had a rough month, we've been battling a stubborn double ear infection we tried 3 antibiotics, then moved to the 3 day shot, still didnt' get it all then moved to one other antibiotic, and got referred to a Ear Nose and Throat doc, and as suspected, fluid in his ears which means tubes for the poor kid. We are scheduled for friday the 19th, glad we got in so fast because I am dying for some sleep! Nights are rough! I'm a little nervous about it all, but i know its really common and I just want him to feel better!

Sickness doesn't stop the wild man though, he is jabbering, trying lots of new foods--loves manderin oranges, and any paper he can get his hands on, who knows why?? He's pushing toys everywhere using them as step stools, nodding NO, waving at everyone he sees, giggling alot and cruising like crazy.. and he loves to make spit noises and stand up in the middle of the floor and claps for himself. He's quite the character. Never a dull moment in our house!

I'm BACK!

So, since I did such a good job telling u about our vacation mommy said I could try again! Yippee!

I've been learning lots of cool stuff lately! Mommy got some pictures of me so you can see. I am learning to drive, it's FUN even if I can't reach the pedals! I like to help mommy with laundry and putting clothes away, hangers taste yummy. I read stories to daddy when the cardinal games aren't on, I think he really likes it! I am crawling really fast now and I love to stand, I can stand with no hands for longer and longer each day, man I want to RUN really bad, we got a picture of my new frustrated face because I just want to do more stuff and keep up with my cousin cole. He came over the other day and we had graham crackers, my favorite, I had fun stealing his from him and eating them real fast before he could take it back! We have lots of fun, he hits and wrestles with me, I like it even though sometimes I cry, but I'm learning how to fight back. I've been practicing on my bear! I try to keep up with Cole, but he's really fast, I cant wait to be like him! Mommy says be patient, I will soon!

Oh ya, Mommy said to tell you guys I'm already 20lbs! I get to get a new car seat yipee!! Hopefully this weekend, I want to see the outside!! And I have 4 teeth! I got my two front teeth on the top a couple weeks ago...ouchy..but I like that now I can bite really hard! But it helps cause I love to eat, I like to try anything mommy will let me, I think my favorite is fruit, but mac and cheese is yummy to eat and fun to rub all over my tray and hair cause then mommy lets me stay in the bath longer!

Well, this has been fun, but I think I need to get back to opening all the cabinets, pounding the tv and playing in the toliet.. there is ALOt to do.

Disney Vacation!

Well, it's about time!!! We went on vacation almost a week ago and my mommy never posted about it. I told her I was big enough to start doing this myself sometimes--So here goes my first try..

Mommy and Daddy took me to DISNEY for my 1st vacation, it was AWESOME! Even my cousin Cole came and we had a blast! At the airport my mommy let me play and look out the window and she showed me what a plane is, those are cool! It kinda made my belly feel funny and I kept spitting up my bottle, but I was still a good boy and didnt cry, mommy was proud and gave me lots of kisses, as usual! We stayed at Disney, a place that had boat stuff all around and cool pools with sand all over, i kept trying to eat the sand, mommy said YUCKY, and made me spit it out. Then, she took me out to the deep part, it was still really fun! I got to meet Goofy, Donald and Pluto, and mommy let me try a chocolate mickey icecream, yummy!

We met my new friend Carter and his doggies, his mommy took us all to Blizzard Beach where she and mommy met, and we played in the pool, layed in tubes on the lazy river and i splashed and splashed, mommy even put me on her lap and took me down a little slide. I got hot and tired pretty quick but boy it sure was fun! Carters mommy got an ouchie in herside her tummy, I hope she feels better!

We went to different places each day, mommy made me ride in the stroller, and i was sooo hot, but she sprayed me with water and gave me good drinks! She and daddy took turns going on rides with Auntie and Uncle Matt. Auntie got me a cool mickey hat with my name on the back and mommy got me a neat basketball. My favorite thing was the Nemo ride at Epcot and me and Cole got eaten by a shark! Luckily, our daddies saved us! Also Animal Kingdom had a nemo show with lots of singing and dancing and lights, even bubbles!! It was SWEET, even though i fell asleep at the end I had a great time!

I helped mommy pack to come home and I liked standing in my pack-in-play and not sleeping cause then mommy would let me sleep with her! We did lots of fun stuff, I really liked playing with my cousin Cole! I can't wait to see where mommy and daddy will take me next!

Way too Brave!

Bryson is getting alittle to big for his britches these days. He is pulling up on everything he can and thinks he's so big he just lets go..and of course falls down, which makes him mad. The pampers box is one of his new favorite 'toys', I really don't know why I waste money buying toys, but, anyway he pushes the box up against the couch and will see something he wants like the remote or the phone, and he gets so determined to have it he climbs up the box and up to the couch.. (i am right there making sure he doesn't fall of course cause he's unsteady) but man is that boy head strong.. he has to have what he wants, now! (where did he get that??) Yesterday at daycare, he climbed up on the play house things the babies play in, he crawls under and pulls up on all the cribs.. thank god I got my baby gate put up, this kid is a wildman!! Lets hope we stay out of the ER.. :)

4th of July weekend

I didn't get a chance to post about our 4th of July! We went to visit nana and papa Schutte, and Granny and Pappy Stone!! The boys had a blast, we watched Emma play softball, went swim and played with cousins, got to visit with Dean, Cary Hannah and Ian that came up from GA, it was a great time. We took all the kids to the fair that night, the bigger kids road rides and we went to check out all the fair animals. Bryson tried pappy's infamous pancakes and seemed to really enjoy them. He and Cole really enjoyed Nana's new Little Tikes swing and grabbing the kitties!! It was super cute and funny to watch. The boys also got some quality play time together, baths and the like, it was humerous as usual.

This weekend Bryson really starting going fast army crawling, he is everywhere. He is very curious about everything, doesn't want to sit still! It is so funny to watch him. He hardly has time to sit for a bottle, there is just to much to do! He starting pulling up on things this weekend, he's strong but not quite coordinated enough to stay up very long. He was following me all over the house, he was under the jumper and kitchen table, must be cool to him?? lol.. We have fun watching and laughing at the things he does. And he has this hilarious panting noise he makes when he's so excited and he kinda jumps up and down all happy, smiling, almost like a dog.

Today at school he got his first 'accident' report..has a bruise on the side of his face, trying to pull up on the crib and he fell, poor kid..I think that is one of many to come. He just wants to grow up too fast. Makes me sad, my baby is getting so big!
