Bounce House

Our friends son Drew had a birthday party at a bounce house place and bryson had a blast! He was one of the smallest kids there, but he still loved every minute of it. ALL of us were exhausted by the time we left!

13mths

So a year has past and my baby, just isn't a baby! Makes me teary eyed! He is really getting funny and onery! Here's a little Bryson info:

DOGGIE! Bryson LOVES animals, this is gpa's puppy gus, they were best buds, hugging and running around at christmas. He loves all of his books with animals and is does the monkey and lion sounds we are working on cow and doggy.. BATH! He loves his bath, he is so funny when he gets in the water, he never wants out, he will be a blast this summer swimming! When it's time for bath we say, Bryson, lets go take a bath, where's the bath? Come on, and we walk, he runs to the steps, then turns around, daaeey(daddy)? looking for whichever one of us isn't with him, he will come off the stairs and look for the other one, and motion to come on, daaaey(daddy)..bath.. he wants us all to go together, it's sweet. He has been calling me daddy alot, and i am like, I'm MOMMY.. then he'll go mmamma mmamma

TACKLE! maybe he'll be a free safety like dillon? lol He and Cole constantly fight over toys when they are together, it is entertaining, he always runs and jumps on us if either of us is laying on the floor. Very cute. Luckily he still has a lovey side, he hugs and kisses alot, especially aunt nicki, he LOVES her! (and mommy of course) and hugs the daycare kids too, its sweet.

BALL! He says BALL BALL, and points to anything round, this picture is of him in the basketballs at Dick's sporting goods, he was going crazy pointing and grunting wanting them so we put him up there. Its funny though he thinks all round things are balls, i had a couple grapfruit last week and he got really excited, BALL! and had to have it, and then he went and dunked it thru his basketball hoop! so funny.. he reached for my apple i was taking to work today..BALL! just makes me laugh. Hes getting good with his basketball goal, likes to shoot baskets. Think we have an athlete on our hands:) we hope anyway!

MONKEY! Man oh man, does he loves to climb, these are our kitchen cabinets, i find him all the way inside, and the other picture is under our tv, it is a small space, it's hilarious when he tries to get back out of that. He climbs on EVERYThing he can.. especially the couch..and he climbs me.. oh and the worst, pulls out the bottom of the stove and stands on it and can oven the oven or touch the stove.. not good.

HATS! Oh boy, he loves daddy's hat's, he will take it off daddy's head put it on his and then run off, then you say go put that on daddy's head and he'll come over and try to put it on, then take it off, over and over and giggle, it's super cute. Guess he needs more hats, he has a cardinals one, but it is too small now!

He also loves his 4 wheeler right now, he's on that all the time, he's good at knowing how to make it go, unfortunately we are stuck inside and its not the best driving ground between all the furniture rugs and walls.. he rams everything, and can't figure out how to turn, so you have to follow him around, and when he is stuck, he doesn't take his finger off the button so he just spins out, it's even funner because he's just sitting there staring at you with a look like.. "umm..yeah, get over here and move me" he doesn't get upset..just sits there! He is a dare devil, he stands on the seat, i caught him moving along on it and then his feet are on the seat and his butts in the air going past the table, I'm like bryson, on your bottom!

Bryson keep to himself alot at times, but is really starting to talk alot more, most I can't understand but he does say 'dis 'dis and points to things he wants and does his sign language for more and please, he always wants snacks and that's how he tells you, runs to the drawer and pulls stuff out, yesterday i walk in the kitchen and he had pulled out the chips and was sitting on the rug just chomping away.. i coudln't help but laugh, thankfully he didnt' dump them all over!

There are all sorts of funny things he does, one is he mimics alot, blinking tongue out clicking the tongue etc.. it's a fun game.

he is obsessed with daddy's christmas cactus and pulls off all the little leaves whenever he gets the chance, it isnt' a good thing.

HAPPY 2009!

Wow, it's a new year already! What a great year we just had we are ready for all the good things to come along this year! We celebrated the new year with family this year. My sister and Matt, Jeff and I all went to Jeff's brother Barry and Jenny's house. It was nice to have a nice evening at a house eating and playing games and with the boys.

Merry Christmas!

Wow, I know this is late but it's been so busy I haven't had time to update! Christmas was great minus Bryson's sinus infection, but overall we had a great holiday. He really liked opening his presents he would pull a few pieces off and then i'd do the rest, he'd loose interest, he got lots of cool stuff he would go...ooooh oooh.. or wow! It was really funny We had christmas with Gma/Gpa Mossman and Barry, Jenny and Parker on the 23rd and then we went to see santa on the 24th morning it was really cute, bryson didnt' know what to think and he definately didn't smile, but at least he didn't cry!! Then christmas eve we went to gma/gpa Helds in Brussels, it was fun to see everyone, but I really missed my family too. Bryson entertained us all by climbing on all the boxes and being silly. We got to wake up at our house and have a little family christmas on christmas morning, it was nice, then that night we went to Aunt Elaines, bryson didn't know what to think of all the people..Sat we went to Aunt Nicki's and had christmas with Nana and Papa Schutte and Uncle Joe, it was fun, the boys got basketball goals and it was so cute to watch them, Cole really loved it! This weekend Gma&Gpa Stone(and Aunt Emma and Uncle Dillon) are coming to our house for a late Christmas, that will be fun. Until then we will be playing with lots of toys and celebrating new years! Wow, he's really getting older

I just can't believe my baby is one, it just doesn't seem right! I feel like I just had him!! He is so amazing and fun to watch, I can't believe how much they absorb and understand, it is just awesome!
He had his 12mth appt this week, he is:
24lbs- 75%
32.5" long-95%
he even got to stand on the big boy scale! he thinks he's big stuff climbing all over the tables messing with stuff. He got 5 shots, eeek.. he has been sick ever since. Bad cold, nasty snot from his nose and eyes, coughing, and then i discovered 3 molars trying to poke thru, 2 have broke, the other is very close. That will make 11 teeth once they are thur. Im so ready to be done with teething!
He is saying all kinds of stuff a few of his newest include.. 'nack' (snack, he's always hungry) cheese, tries to say drink, tries to say dude..they just don't come out totally! But he will try to repeat what you tell him to. He says bubbles, still says daaaaey all cute(heartwarming) he is obsessed with saying daeey all the time and running around towards the door looking for daddy, he is always really excited to see him when he gets home! He isn't wanting to say momma lately, he just follows me around like a puppy dog and pulls on my leg. He is into the snack drawer all the time and has a way of getting into anything he want. He was sitting there helping himself to handfuls of goldfish the other morning, he just cracks me up the s tuff he figures out. Bryson loves to get in all the cabinets and pull out all his toys too. So our house is always a mess till after bedtime!
Bryson loves to read books (the same ones over and over!), he's trying to learn the animals, it's really cute! Big into the RRRARR for the lion. and he started the monkey ..oooh ohh aw aw.. As of last week he is completely bottle free (he was only taking them at night and sometimes early am) and we are on big boy milk now too, he seems to like it! And mommy likes that she doesn't have to buy that expensive formula! So that's most of the new stuff around here!

We are geared up for Christmas, he likes opening presents so it should be fun to watch him. It will be fun to see family.

LOOK who is ONE today!

This is the birthday boy being dropped off at 'school' to play with his buddies, he brought a snack to share, orange sherbert and teddy grahams, yummy! I wish I could spend the day with him. Happy Birthday my sweet boy, mommy is so proud of you and loves you more than you could ever know!!


Saturday we had his party with our family and friends, Bryson was really excited to get all his new toys, he won't stay off the slide or out of the wagon, he loves dumping his new set of mega blocks all over the floor and I will ask him to help me put them away which he is great at, and then he will dump them again, and squeals/laughs, it's apparently hilarious! Bryson also likes his new tent and zebra toy and his new mini 4-wheeler, hes dying to get moving, hasn't figured out he needs to use his feet! He loved the balloons at the party, and plays with them alot too since they are still all around, I added a couple of cake pictures from saturday, he was pretty worn out by the time we had cake so he didnt' get as crazy/messy as I'd hoped- bad mommy didn't put enough icing on there.. he's getting some cupcakes tonight so we'll see what kind of mess he can make with that. Thanks to all our family and friends who made it to his special day, it really means alot to us! And the gifts were awesome!
