2012!!

Well, it's a NEW YEAR, and we have our NEW BABY! He's actually 7 weeks tomorrow! It has been way to crazy to get time to post with pictures, so better late than never!! Our sweet Griffin Louis was born on Dec 13th around 1230pm, he was a whopping 9lbs 7oz. It was a bit different than my last experience, i was in so much pain with contractions i went in to labor and delivery a few different times to be sent home because he really wasn't low enough and my contractions would stop once i got in the hospital bed. I was finally induced at 39wks 3 days, and I figured it would be a fast painless process with the epidural. Unfortunately it took about 4 hours and some fixing for the epidural to finally take and about 15 minutes after it was really working right i felt him slide down it was a really wierd feeling almost like i could feel his shoulders. Anyway, about 5 minutes after that he was ready to come out so I was pushing, he felt really big and after about 15min of pushing he finally appeared what a relief, we were all laughing about how big he was! My cute little chunky monkey! Here are some pictures of his first day:

Just came out to meet my favorite person, Mommy!!
Mom, Dad and Griffin
I was SO greatful to have my mom and wonderful sister in the room:
Big Brothers were SO excited to meet their baby, they each brought him a sweet little puppy
Bryson was the first to get to me and gave Griffin his puppy
Nolan was soon to follow and handed over a puppy for awhile, then took his back, lol.

I LOVE this picture of Griffin and his puppy from Bryson. So sweet!
Big Brothers holding their brother for the first time. So proud!
Our FIRST family picture, took a bunch and couldn't get everyone looking at the camera, still pretty cute, I feel so blessed I have 3 beautiful boys!!
The boys got to each go with the nurse to pick out an outfit for baby Griffin to wear during our stay, they were so proud to bring them back to show me:
Nolan picking, glad he didnt get pink! :)
Ready for his first bath:
NOT HAPPY about this bath idea. Who knew this was just a glimpse of that nasty temper of his, but luckily he's so cute so I don't mind to much. :)
This is Nolan and his millonth kiss for baby.. 'i kiss him mommy, i kiss him" 7 weeks later and he does this mulitple times a day, I have to watch him like a hawk he is always touching him poking his eyes squeezing his cheeks or nose to nose with him saying "hi BAaaaby," in a soft voice just like we all do, it's hilarious! but gets old that he won't leave him alone, especially when i get the baby to sleep and need to do a few things alone! :)
