Valentines Day!!

2 MONTHS!

My sweet baby is 2 months old!!  Its starting to make me sad!!  He is 13lbs 8oz and 23 1/4in long, now that we have all his belly issues figured out he is doing AWESOME!!  He is such a sweet happy boy!  He hated the shots he had to have yesterday, never heard him scream and turn so red, can't blame him, he needed lots of cuddles yesterday, i was happy to help him with that.  :)  I just love this boy and can't get enough of kissing and hugging him.    The big boys love him of course but the new coolness has worn off and they have started to just ignore him the last week or so.  I think they are jealous, and i can't blame them.  Today is Valentines day, what a great day with 4 special men in my life!!  I have only a few more weeks until I have to go back to work :( so sad!!

2012!!

Well, it's a NEW YEAR, and we have our NEW BABY! He's actually 7 weeks tomorrow! It has been way to crazy to get time to post with pictures, so better late than never!! Our sweet Griffin Louis was born on Dec 13th around 1230pm, he was a whopping 9lbs 7oz. It was a bit different than my last experience, i was in so much pain with contractions i went in to labor and delivery a few different times to be sent home because he really wasn't low enough and my contractions would stop once i got in the hospital bed. I was finally induced at 39wks 3 days, and I figured it would be a fast painless process with the epidural. Unfortunately it took about 4 hours and some fixing for the epidural to finally take and about 15 minutes after it was really working right i felt him slide down it was a really wierd feeling almost like i could feel his shoulders. Anyway, about 5 minutes after that he was ready to come out so I was pushing, he felt really big and after about 15min of pushing he finally appeared what a relief, we were all laughing about how big he was! My cute little chunky monkey! Here are some pictures of his first day:

NOT HAPPY about this bath idea. Who knew this was just a glimpse of that nasty temper of his, but luckily he's so cute so I don't mind to much. :)

This is Nolan and his millonth kiss for baby.. 'i kiss him mommy, i kiss him" 7 weeks later and he does this mulitple times a day, I have to watch him like a hawk he is always touching him poking his eyes squeezing his cheeks or nose to nose with him saying "hi BAaaaby," in a soft voice just like we all do, it's hilarious! but gets old that he won't leave him alone, especially when i get the baby to sleep and need to do a few things alone! :)

Griffin Louis Mossman

This is from my 31wk 3D ultrasound of lil Griffy.. He is doing great. He's a big boy, still breech (not a huge deal at this point), good strong 135 heart rate, and weighing about 4lbs 6oz- already measuring a few weeks(not surprising as his brothers were always big also) ahead has a large head and tummy, and the cheeks.. I can't WAIT to kiss them!! The common consensus is that he looks like Nolan, but I never got a 3D when Bryson was in the womb, and the nose and mouth on all our boys are very similar.. so who knows.. he's just gonna be him, so we shouldn't compare right? Anyway, we got a few pics this first one is my favorite, looks like he's showing off his muscles:

Sorry this is a few weeks old but, Griffy and I are both continuing to do well, he is growing like crazy and a wild man kicking all over, I'm hoping he has decided to be head down, he has 4 weeks to get there. I will be induced on the 12th of Dec, I can't WAIT.. it's a bit sad thinking this is my last preganancy but I'm really starting to hurt alot so there are times when I don't think that's such a bad thing! I think the boys are ready to meet the new baby, at least Bryson is.. Nolan might not appreciate the competition too much. :) he's pretty attached to his momma, this will be good for him tho, I hope he doesn't suffer from the middle child syndrome too badly! :)

Part 2: Birthday Buddies

Avery and Nolan are good buddies/cousins and Nicki and I thought it'd be smart to go together and throw them an awesome joint b-day bash. Since Nolan is my only summer/fall birthday, I like to make a fun big backyard theme, and Avery is a Thanksgiving baby, we thought this was a perfect way to get the family together only one time, and pool our money and ideas and do something really fun.. I think it turned out pretty darn good, and all that no rain dancing paid off too!! (thank god!!) Thanks for Everyone who came and for the great gifts!!!!

Chowin on a hotdog for a snack between suckers and running around crazy, opening presents and eating junk all day is hard work!I've never seen a bigger (or embarrassing) fit than the one this kid threw over this hat having straps inside!! my poor bestie Dana so sweetly bought him the hat and he was all excited, and went to put it on and FLIPPED out because of the straps and threw it and screamed, thankfully Pappy Stone came in to the rescue and cut those straps out and he was happy as a clam and wore it the rest of the party.. here he is enjoying the hat and new Elmo Spin chair

One sneaky thing I did at the party, gave him a sno-cone, and oops forgot the sugar filled topping, so he enjoyed a cup of crushed ice, and had no clue what he was missing!! I think his sucker intake made up for it! :)
