super hyper, super wild= time to leave house |
trying to find a hat for the park |
Saturday family fun... we've been trying to do more fun stuff with the boys and they get extra hyper at this rental house, and the first picture is just a small picture to prove this- it starts as soon as they get up! So we decided lets get out of here and have some fun... we went and grabbed some delicious donuts from SafeCo Bakery followed by an enjoyable trip to Nichols Park, sadly, this was Griffin and mommy's first trip to this park, probably Nolan's too, Bryson goes on field trips here all the time with Pre-K, but I didn't realize it was such a cool park. The boys had a fun time!

BOO mommy! look at me I'm a Big boy climbing up the play set- so fun |
i just can't believe how big he is getting, he can climb up and go down slides unassisted (smaller ones of course) but it's awesome and sad all at the same time ;/ I'm just not sure i'm ready for a big boy so fast!! |
the kids playing ;) |
How many boys can you fit in the slide? i love this picture because it reminds me of the giggles i heard as they were doing this. it was a pretty tall slide and i'd help Griff get up there and bryson would coax him to his lap and go down the slide with him, and Griff just had a blast, of course Nolan was not to be left out and would hurry up and get behind bryson to complete the mossman brother train. |
hey.. bubba?? u down there, do u see me up here? |
wild man |
Griff wanted mommy to go with him, i was a tight squeeze, it made me motivated to work out harder, i will admit! eek! |
my 3 cuties |
playing hard on a hot saturday=red face:(.. unfortunately he and his brothers got my overheating problem, where our faces turn really red and blochy and we get pretty sweaty.. lucky for him he gets some cute ringlet curls when his hair gets damp :) |
What a better way to cap off a weekend of family fun.. Sunday night a cute black kitty showed up on our back deck, the kids were elated.. hmm...what to do...lets FEED IT! She looked kinda small and was meowing a lot, seemed hungry, so we rummaged the fridge for something to give her. Let's just note, we of course don't have pets, so don't really know what's not okay to feed animals, we had some ham in the fridge so we gave her a piece..and another ..and another.. and she still seemed to be starving so we went back to look for another option, all we had was leftover beef and noodles, so we thought what the heck, and she L-OVE-D it! and scarfed it down like she hadn't' ate in months.. so i never really pet the cat until the next day, and noticed a pretty fat belly, i wasn't totally sure it wasn't' all the food but we were almost certain, she was knocked up. Oh the luck, a pregnant kitty adopted us, i wasn't thrilled at first, then to see the excitement all the boys(including Jeff) had seeing her, feeding and loving her, i quickly accepted it, but made it clear, she was an outside mouse hunter, not an indoor loving, bed sleeping shedding everywhere pet :) So of course we can't have a pet without a name.. nolan said Batman, bryson said well she's black, lets name her after the black ninja on NINJAGO, his name is Cole, i said boys, this is a girl cat with babies in her belly, those are great names, but it needs to be for a girl..they thought about it, and Bryson says, the only girl on Ninjago is Nia, thats a cool name.. I said perfect, if you both like it then that's her name.. and that was that! Wish naming baby was that easy!! :) (lucky for us we won't have to name any more babies) The boys have had fun the last week and a half coming home and getting up calling for her and feeding her.. Nolan has a lot of questions about her and how babies were in her belly and thinks she will pee them out soon.. we were looking forward to seeing the babies.. but, sad news to report the last 2 days, she has not shown up and that is not like her.. we think she either left to have babies or is never coming back.. i hate that for the boys..and she was a good bargaining tool to get the baby to leave daycare or do things i wanted him to do or distract all of them :( i hope she comes back for their sake.

this was the first piece of ham we fed Nia, the boys had to hide low because she was easily spooked at first |
she liked my homemade beef and noodles, she was way more appreciative of them than bryson and nolan were, Griff loved them the most, which was awesome! |
Griffy hasn't really learned how to be gentle so much, and Nia would only give them a few pets then she would quickly move away, these boys are alitte much for a wild cat. |
Tempting Temptations seems a fitting title for this delicious crunchy outside and soft center delectable chicken flavored cat treat ..no, i didn't try them, but my 19mth old quickly popped one in his mouth like a skittle and before i could get it out he swallowed it happily and I almost threw up in my mouth witnessing this happen.. ick.. he sure didn't care |
that is more like a treat you should eat Mr. Griff.. he looks like a little man when he grabs a snack and lounges on the couch.. luv that kid |
the boys LOVE our bed and burrowing under the blankets... Bryson says daddy always gets the tv and he just wants to watch some cartoons sometimes, so mommy let them in her bed for some cartoon time :) |
This weekend it was too cold to go to the pool, so we just played at home... it's amazing how fun goggles and a diaper box can be.. Griffin squealed in delight having his big brother zoom him around the room
Shark Boy and Dino Kid.. they were calling themselves this and had a fight session as usual.. its was really funny to watch |
The wild boys |
Popsicles are a family favorite after dinner.. if you can see on top of the grill, Nia loved laying up there..makes me laugh, griff loved watching her out this glass.. he cracked me up because we would go outside and say "kitty kitty kitty' to call for her.. he would always yell... ki ki kiiiy and she'd come and he would be so excited and he would lovingly pat her or pull her tail ... he is too funny.. |
